Course Summary

The Stella Project is a 40 day challenge course for women over 40 who may have struggled with getting into shape or finding her right fit in a world of options. Stella Project helps women who aren't that knowledgeable about weights and lifting weights become comfortable in a gym environment catered toward men. You'll learn techniques that will guide you into a successful routine in as little as 20 days. The Stella Project came around right on time for me. As a mother over 40 with two very active teenage boys, I need to take time for myself. The Stella Project started my journey into reclaiming my self.
